No matter how good or bad yesterday was, it’s gone, and today is A New Beginning.  We have so many opportunities to make right what we may have failed to achieve yesterday, so that we can achieve a better result in the future.

Every year, the CMALA Convention convenes so that Crystal Meth Addicts in all stages of recovery and from all walks of life can come together and celebrate recovery. We do so in a Happy, Joyous and Safe atmosphere that helps us to achieve, grow, learn and enjoy the collective spirit of fellowship and embrace a new way of living. The Convention is a fun and festive way to share experience, strength and hope and to bask in the feelings of love and acceptance there waiting for you.  In addition, CMALA sponsors interesting, different and creative fundraisers and events throughout the year in support of the annual conference to keep the spirit of fellowship alive.

This year CMALA has its own New Beginning!  For the first time in over 10 years the Convention has changed its location.  The move is bittersweet, as any sort of major change comes with a healthy dose of fear and uncertainty, but our new location is very accommodating and is ready to meet our growth and ever-changing needs. We have been given a new opportunity and are excited about what lies ahead.  Whether you were at the first CMALA Convention or have just attended your first meeting, we invite everyone to take this journey with us, to trudge through the year, to help each other achieve a better result in the future and to meet us in March as CMALA 2012 starts with A New Beginning….
